We're homeowners who wanted to create a different kind of guest experience, one people would remember.

It started with one home we loved too much to keep to ourselves. Friends came to stay, then told their friends, and little by little, hosting went from a side project to the main thing. We still handle every booking ourselves. And we still get a quiet thrill every time a guest messages to say they didn't want to leave.

Today we care for a small collection of homes on Anna Maria Island, but the idea is the same: give you a place that feels like yours for a few days, plus the kind of local tips you only get from someone who lives here.

WHAT WE DO

At Solé Stays, we look after a handful of homes on Anna Maria Island, and the people who stay in them. We're big on the small things: a spotless home when you walk in, a local who answers when you message, and recommendations that take you past the tourist trail.

Whether you're here for a weekend or a month, we want it to feel less like a rental and more like a place you belong for a while.
